My name is Tom Breckwoldt, and I’m a campus missionary with Every Nation Churches & Ministries and the student pastor at Lake Mary Church. I’m married to my beautiful wife Ashley and have three amazing children, Tommy, Hannah, and JJ.
In August 2013, God called me out of a successful career in the fitness industry to pursue full-time ministry as a campus missionary. With a desire to see the gospel reach every student in our city, our ministry is now serving nineteen schools every week, ranging from middle school to college.
In eleven years, through discipleship and devotions after school, we have witnessed over 15,000 students make the decision to accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior, as well as hundreds more in the Seminole County Detention Center. In 2013, we launched our high school youth group, Student Warriors Awakening Generations (SWAG). In 2016, we launched our middle school youth group, Student Warriors Arising Together (SWAT). and on January 10, 2017, we officially launched Every Nation Campus at our local universities!
We have student-led teams in all of our ministries and believe in equipping and empowering the students to do the work of the ministry. Hundreds of students are being discipled yearly by other students.
In addition to campus ministry, Ashley and I have obeyed the call of God to become foster parents, specifically for babies born with parents who were on substances or couldn’t take care of their children. It has been such an incredible journey to see what love can do in the lives of these children.
