Aloha! My name is Shayne Tauaefa, and I have been happily married to my wife, Chrissy, since 2014. Our family includes two incredible sons, Samson (9) and Josiah (6), and we are eagerly expecting the arrival of another son in April 2024.
For the past ten years, I've served as the Youth Pastor at Innovative Concepts Church, dedicated to reaching the youth, particularly in the Kalihi area, an area that holds a special place in my heart due to my family's roots in Kam IV housing and Kuhio Park Terrace.
Presently, my ministry has involved various outreaches as we reach the people in our communities.
We pioneered a micro gathering (micro site), which consists of 30 people, including children.
- Launched a youth group on Friday nights from our flag football team.
- Preparing to launch a weekly youth small group on the Roosevelt High School campus.
- Overseeing volunteers for our Sunday services
My mission is to:
1. A great husband in my marriage and a great father to our children.
2. Discipling the next generation to fulfill their unique purpose and destiny.
3. Developing other young men to be great leaders in their own marriages and families
4. Pastoring and leading the people in our church; Innovative Concepts.
