After almost 19 years of living and reaching New York City college students with the love of Jesus, my family and I have been called by God to uproot our lives to plant a church in the great city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!
In 2004, Selene and I moved to NYC in pursuit of our college degrees. She came from Pennsylvania to study Acting at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, where she encountered Christ through a rehearsal. A few years later, she became involved in campus ministry when she went back to school at Hunter College. She ended up graduating from The New School, where God called her to be a campus missionary. As for myself, I came from the Philippines to study Pharmacy at St. John’s University, where I became involved in campus ministry and was enabled to be a light for Jesus during my eight years of working as a Pharmacist by day and serving as a voluntary campus minister by night, ultimately becoming a missionary myself later.
Fast forward to today, and we are now a Church Planting Missionary family of five with one goal: to be planted and rooted in knowing how to build Christ's church in a smart and healthy way. And so, we are currently in a church planting residency program in Austin, Texas.
