My name is Russell Tolentino, and I am the College and Young Adults Pastor at Pearlside Church in Hawaii, as well as a Campus Director with Every Nation Campus.
I received Jesus into my life as a freshman in high school, and since then, I have been passionate about seeing the next generation become disciples of Christ and leaders in the community, while also living out their God-giving destiny.
It's been so encouraging to see God move in and through so many lives. At Pearlside Church, our College and Young Adults ministry have over 75 Small Group leaders and nearly 300 that attend our weekend services. For ENC, we are currently at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, The University of Hawaii at West Oahu, Hawaii Pacific University, and Leeward Community College. We are seeing many receive Jesus into their lives through our sermon-based small groups, and on the ground evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development!
I received my Bachelor's Degree in both Journalism and Speech from the UH-Manoa and attended the School of Ministry in Honolulu in 2011. My wife Shawntel and I have been happily married since 2019, and reside in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.
