Since 1994, Every Nation missionaries and church planters have answered the call to bring the gospel to campuses and cities around the world. What started as a handful of churches has grown into a global family of churches. Our mission is to honor God by establishing Christ-centered, spirit-empowered, socially responsible churches and campus ministries in every nation.
Quanavia Powell is our campus missionary at George Mason University. She serves with our Every Nation church, Grace Covenant Church - Chantilly. On the university campus, Quanavia has the opportunity to engage students with the gospel, establish them in the faith, and empower them to reach their communities.
“During my sophomore year of college, I had an encounter with Jesus that opened my eyes to His pursuit of my heart. As He drew me closer to Himself, my life was forever transformed. Going deeper into my relationship with Christ and God-centered community, He began to reveal to me His plan for my life and His heart for His children, propelling me into a life devoted to preaching the Good News to others. It is now my heart to do life with college students, being a vessel of the love of God, guiding them through the foundations of faith, and empowering them to be Christ-centered leaders in their communities. It is my hope that, through this, not only will we reach the campus, but families, communities, and nations will experience restoration and revival as well.”
