Naomi has been heavily involved in student ministry since 2000, working with students from middle school, high school, and college campuses. Together with her husband, Pastor Billy Lile, they grew their campus ministry at Pearlside Church from less than 70 students to over 700, spanning multiple services and campuses, with around 100 student-led small groups from 2005-2015. They have also trained and sent dozens of missionaries to other parts of the U.S. and the nations of the world.
Naomi currently serves as a Campus Minister and Student Ministry Coordinator at Pearlside Church helping to connect students and parents to Jesus. She engages with and disciples students on the campus and helps coach and oversee the female leaders and campus ministers.
Naomi has a passion to reach the next generation and raise future leaders to spread the Gospel and make a difference in the world. She lives with her family on Oahu with her husband and their three children, Micah, Madison, and Mackenna.
