Derrick and Jasmine first connected for their love of Jesus and people. We have the honor of serving in Houston, TX at Texas Southern University. We are both moved by the biblical example of Aquila and Priscilla. You see mentions of them opening their home, teaching and correcting believers, and even standing on behalf of Paul and saving his life. We aspire to care for others, open our home, teach people the ways of Jesus, and sacrifice for others together.
The Gospel is our passion and what guides our decisions as we desire to be obedient to the call to share the Good News of Jesus. We love the next generation and believe in the mission to establish Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, and socially responsible disciples in every nation! And the college campus is the most strategic place to see that happen.
