Greetings from Denver!
My journey began at Tennessee State University. Like many college freshmen, it was there that I decided to walk away from God. After years of running, I had a radical encounter with Jesus that forever changed my life. God began to break my heart for the lost, specifically for college students. In 2012, I attended Every Nation's School of Campus Ministry and later became the first single mother, in our movement, to work as a full-time campus minister.
Twelve years later, there is still a fire in my heart for the campus and the nations. After helping to plant and grow campus ministry chapters in Nashville, Honolulu, and Denver,. I am now joining the La Casa church team in Nashville, TN. La Casa is a bilingual church that emphasizes reaching and planting churches in the nations.
I will be serving multiple campuses in Nashville as well as looking to expand our campus footprint outside of Nashville to the surrounding areas and even the nations.
I believe that the Gospel is still the answer for what's broken around us. And that by winning and discipling students for Jesus and training them to lead, we can and will change the world.
