Pastor Gilbert and Shirley Naron have faithfully served in full-time ministry since 2004, driven by a lifelong passion for church planting, campus ministry, leadership development, and world missions. Fruits of the Victory U-Belt campus ministry in the 1990s, they have been married for nearly 30 years and homeschooled their five children in preparation for cross-cultural ministry.
After serving as a Campus Missionary and Youth Pastor in Cavite, Gilbert and Shirley helped lead the re-planting of Victory Dasmariñas in 2006 and served there as Senior Pastors for nearly seven years. Today, the church continues to champion cross-cultural missions. In 2013, they moved their family to Timor-Leste to pioneer Every Nation Timor-Leste, now led by a homegrown Timorese pastor and his Filipina missionary wife, with active campus ministries reaching several universities.
After nearly nine years on the mission field, the Narons returned to the Philippines in 2021 and served as Interim Senior Pastors of Victory General Mariano Alvarez for three years. They strengthened leadership development, deployed local regional campus expansion teams, sent a cross-cultural mission team to Timor-Leste, and overcame significant health challenges through God’s sustaining grace.
Since August 2025, they have been serving with Every Nation Panama while preparing to spearhead a campus-reaching church plant in Guatemala City focused on Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, which serves more than 240,000 students. While based in Panama City, they are actively engaged in leadership training, outreach, discipleship, and prayer, helping to strengthen Every Nation Panama as they prepare for the next phase of church planting in Guatemala. “The Mission Continues!”
