Drew and Blythe have been serving in the local church for more than fifteen years, as pastors, financial education directors, and small group leaders. Drew has also been serving in missions since 2012, through coordinating short-term mission trips with YouthWorks to serving North American Every Nation churches through short-term mission trips and supporting the sending of cross-cultural missionaries.
In 2023, Drew, Blythe, Josephine, and Eli moved to London, England, to serve with Every Nation Church London.
With a heart for evangelism and missions across Europe, Drew leads the outreach and social responsibility teams across the three London congregations. He also leads missions initiatives to partner with church plants across Europe by sending short-term teams.
Drew also serves as the Integrator and Pastor over the operational areas of Every Nation London Church to help develop processes and systems for ministry effectiveness, which include strategic planning, organising church services, and mentoring young leaders. Serving on the Leadership Team, he works to support church plants from Every Nation London and to see a new congregation planted in the north of London by 2030.
