Panama is home to the infamous Panama Canal. It connects North and South America and links the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. But it is more than the canal. It is strategic to start a church in this nation for we envision that it will, indeed, be a gateway for the gospel of Jesus to spread around the world—a bridge that will draw people to the heart of God.
Our first stop is the University of Panama. The social values we want to see in the future must start on the campuses today. So if we want to see a godly transformation happen in a nation, we start by discipling the next generation. I am excited to bring the Good News to Panama. The same message that transformed me, back when I was a student back in 2004. I am a product of campus ministry, and now pioneering a campus ministry. I am an engineer by profession, and now raising the next generation of engineers.
Our confidence is in God and His redemptive plan because the cause of world missions is an absolute success. He has called us into a mission that will not fail. Therefore, I am confident that the only reasonable response is to GO—proclaim this message of God’s love to the nations, lead people to the saving knowledge of Jesus, and be empowered by the Holy Spirit—to the ends of the earth. Vamos!
