I was raised in a Christian home surrounded by devoted believers, so, to an extent, I was always acutely aware of the presence of God in my life. However, I never really knew him for myself. And it wasn’t until I entered college and joined the ENC organization on my campus that I earnestly made the decision to follow God and develop a personal relationship with him.
Over the next several years, through the discipleship of my campus missionaries, I watched as God healed me from depression, anxiety, and loneliness and then empowered me to disciple my peers and bring about this same deliverance as a student leader.
Young people today are so burdened by the brokenness of this world. On my campus, I’ve witnessed so many of my peers suffer through anxiety, depression, addiction, and suicidal ideation. And I feel a strong conviction from the Lord to share the gospel with college students across Philadelphia so that they may experience a greater sense of peace, hope, and freedom in their lives.
I am so grateful to God for the opportunity to partner with Him in bringing transformative change on the campus, and I am incredibly thankful to all who partner with me in obedience to God for the lives of others!
