I am serving with Second City Church in Chicago as the Campus Missionary to students at Elmhurst University, DePaul University, Moody Bible Institute, and beyond!
After moving to Chicago to pursue my dance career, I wrestled through logical and historical evidence pointing to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and how that impacted my everyday life. Little did I know, God would call me to serve students and young adults exploring the same issues about life, faith, and purpose.
Why Chicago?
More than 30 colleges and universities exist within a 10-mile radius of downtown Chicago.
Our strategy is to: engage students with the gospel; establish them in their faith— the Word and community; equip them for ministry; empower them to minister the gospel and make disciples in every sphere of influence.
Here are some of the ways I do that:
Oversee college small groups and discipleship process
Oversee our campus meeting and outreaches
Train and equip student leaders
Serve as Dance Ministry Lead
Create a fun and safe environment for students to grow in relationships with God and others.
